However, in a multi-monitor environment, there are not many cases in which a monitor is not very large, so it is appropriate to use only one picture. When not in use except the main monitor, just turn off the power to that monitor, so you can transfer to a screen immediately.

This is something that some people can get, but there is no need to show others extra things when making on-screen videos and so on. With regard to the video recording of the game, if you only record the main monitor, you don't have to look at the strategy website and video software displayed on the secondary monitor.

Disadvantages of multi-monitor environment

On the large screen monitor, it can also be said that if the monitor is placed away from itself, it will sometimes become oblique to look at the monitor, and depending on the type of monitor, the color will become strange and difficult to see.

It would be nice to use something with a wide field of view such as an IPS LCD, but a sub-monitor like this will become ugly, which is one of the disadvantages of multiple monitors.

２．設置・設定が大変

Although it is a multi-monitor environment that is easy to use after setting, it is troublesome to set up itself. In addition, setting up can become difficult when using a monitor arm, and so on. There will also be more cabling, so it looks like it will make a difference.

In order to be able to access other monitors smoothly from the monitor, it is also necessary to configure the same monitor as the reality, but this setting is unexpectedly troublesome.

３．相性問題

It is fine to unify all monitors, but when creating a multi-monitor environment between different kinds of monitors, the main reasons such as different colors and different point densities will become unnatural.

Especially if the point density (Ppi) is different, you usually feel uncomfortable when accessing another monitor from the monitor. I use different kinds of monitors, but basically it's better to be unified.
